    • All successful caregiving is built on a foundation of compassion. But, caregivers often forget to have compassion for themselves. I teach you strategies for self-compassion to give you the emotional strength to navigate this phase of life.
  • Activity
    • It’s no secret that physical activity is essential for consistent energy and health. But, how are you supposed to fit it in when you’re exhausted and caregiving is taking up all of your time? I coach you through these challenges and more.
  • Recovery
    • Sleep is critical for sound decision making, energy, and overall sanity. Recovery does not come from sleep alone, though. Using health technology, we monitor how well you are recovered and create strategies for prioritizing recovery.
  • Eating
    • What, when, and how we eat goes a long way in determining our energy levels and mental clarity. We work together to find ways of eating that work best for your body and your life.
  • Seasons
    • Remember that you are in a season of life right now. I provide you with information and resources to help you navigate this season. We also work on reconnecting with the seasons of year as a reminder that seasons don’t last forever.
