A little about me
Photo of Caroline Morris

Hi, I'm Caroline!

I founded Morris Clinic in 2019 because I love supporting older adults with movement and independence. Short term episodes of physical therapy weren't creating the lasting change we both desired, so I created a program to partner with my patients for the long term.

It didn't take long to realize that their caregivers needed support with their health and wellbeing (and sanity) too. So I added Base of Support as my caregiver coaching and education hub in 2020.

SOME BACKGROUND

I grew up next door to my grandparents, so I have first hand experience of the aging process and caregiving dynamics.

I have spent the majority of my career as a hospital-based physical therapist, rehabilitating patients with high medical complexity, and I am a board-certified geriatric clinical specialist.

In my newer work as a health coach, I enjoy dusting off my biochemistry degree as I applies nutrition and functional medicine principles to support your wellbeing.
