Frequently Asked Questions

Can I be monitored with other devices (i.e. Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura Ring, etc.)?

Currently our platform only supports Garmin devices. You may set up a Strategy Session and individual coaching appointments to discuss health data from other devices. If you would still like to be a member without your data being monitored, you can also ask questions about data from other devices during the group Q&A calls.

I already get my health data in an app. Why do I need additional monitoring and reports?

Health technology apps have come a long way and can provide several useful insights into your health. Our monitoring system has the ability to combine multiple data points and provide a deeper understanding of your health and risk of illness. We use healthcare professionals to interpret your data and provide outreach, instead of simply relying on algorithms.

Will I be monitored in real time?

No. Health Insights provides timely, but not real time, monitoring. Our ability to see your data is dependent upon you syncing your device each day.

Is this an emergency service?

No. We do not have access to real time data and we do not provide continuous monitoring. In case of an emergency, please call 911.

Do you collect GPS data? 

No.

Why is there a membership commitment?

Meaningful, lasting changes in health and lifestyle take time. Because of that, your Health Insights membership begins with a three-month commitment. We believe this gives you and your monitoring team the necessary time to understand your data, build a relationship with us, and provide you with the support you need to reach your health goals.

How does billing work? 

As a monthly member, you will be charged for your first month of Health Insights on the day you sign up for your membership. You will then be charged monthly for your membership, on an ongoing basis, on the 20th day of each subsequent month. 

Can this be combined with other services?

YES. Health Insights is a perfect complement to physical therapy and health coaching services.

How do I cancel my membership?

After your initial three month commitment, you may cancel your membership by providing notification via email at least 10 days prior to the upcoming billing date.
