Short, sweet, and meditative 🙂
The thing that I have missed the most since the world changed this year, is the Sound Healing meditation class that I used to go to.
The instructor played crystal bowls as she guided us through a meditation. I was skeptical at first. But the sounds from the bowls were both overwhelming and healing as they washed over my body.
I often came into class stressed, stuck, resentful, or depressed. I always left a little lighter. And afterwards, I could just do things or not do things without angst and emotion mucking everything up. It was freeing.Â
After a particularly stressful and angsty week this week, I decided to try out the online version of the class.
The instructor started the class by drawing some cards from a deck for each of us to meditate upon. They never fail to be exactly what I need to hear.

Purity
I release the need to control myself, my life and others around me.
I allow for and embrace purity of mind and vision.
I am honest, clear and pure in my intentions to serve myself and others to bring about peace in the world.
My intention is pure.
Self Love is the Greatest Gift of All
You are a Unique Expression of the Divine.
Know that you are connected to All that Is.
Let Love, Peace and Tranquility penetrate through your being into the world and watch as it is reflected back at you.
You are Love.Â
Free Will
I recognize that I always have choices and free will in any given situation.
As I face my life lessons and learn from my experiences, I realize that there is never a wrong decision.
I trust the decisions that I make and choose love, forgiveness and expansion over fear and lack every time.
I always have a choice.Â
